Church Committees

Our church committees help make our church run more smoothly. Please consider joining any committee in which you may have an interest in. You can view the Church Council page to see who serves as the liaison to each of these various committees.

  • Audit Committee

Members gather together once a year to audit the financial accounts of the congregation and submit its findings in the annual report each January.

  • Endowment Committee

Members are stewards of gifts received, such as bequest in will, memorials, and special gifts, for the future work of the church. They distribute at least 50% of the interest received from the fund to benevolent causes through action of the congregation.

  • Evangelism Committee

The members of the Evangelism Committee are passionate about taking care of the people of God's church. Fueled by their love of God and the body He created for us they assist new members to integrate into Immanuel and help other committees keep outreach at the forefront of what they do. They also coordinate various outreach efforts, through fliers, advertisements, website, social media and contacting families about the All Saints and Longest Night services.

  • Fellowship Committee

In addition, this committee delivers baby blankets and a meal to families with new infants within the congregation. • Stewardship committee

This committee encourages members of Immanuel to grow in offering gifts that God has given them for the work of the church.

  • Volunteer services committee
