  • Sunday School

Sunday School is for ages 3-18 and meets from 9:15 - 10:05 on Sunday mornings Mid-September through the 1st Sunday in June (No Sunday School during the summer months). The curriculum for the Nursery through Sixth Graders & High School is the "Growing in Christ" series from Concordia Publishing. Seventh and Eighth Grade use the "Grace Series" curriculum from SOLA Publishing.

We have a reception/kickoff event each September for 3 year olds to start Sunday School. They start Sunday School at that time so that they are entering Sunday School with other kids that will be school age with them throughout the years.

In addition, we also have Adult Sunday School which is taught by Pastor Lehmann and covers various topics including in-depth Bible Study.

    2019 Sunday School Staff is:
    • Laurie Ramm & Julie Kellogg, Co-Superintendents
    • Tina Buhr, Assistant Superintendent
  • Confirmation

Our Confirmation ministry is a two-year program which seeks to teach the basics of the faith to students in grades 7 & 8. The Old Testament, the New Testament, and Luther's Small Catechism form the core of the education, but related topics are also taught. Classes go 1.5 hours on Wednesday evenings and during the Sunday School hour at 9:15 on Sunday mornings. With occasional events scheduled during the year. In April of the 2nd year, students will be given the opportunity of affirming their faith through the Rite of Confirmation. Confirmation students serve as acolytes for Sunday services and church festivals.
