SAVE THE DATE -- April 6-7, 2024!!
The 150th Anniversary Celebration will be April 6-7, 2024 with a full day of activities to mark the occasion. Sister congregations in the area as well as past clergy and families will be invited to join us. The NALC Bishop has already accepted our invitation. Leading up to April 2024 we plan to pursue education with Sunday School students, increase understanding of our history and build passion for God’s work in our community as Immanuel starts its 151st year.
The committee has selected the NALC Seminary as the "cause" with high hopes of raising $150,000 in honor of our upcoming 150th celebration. Anyone wishing to donate should indicate NALC Seminary when giving and we will track progress towards that goal from now until December 2024. We thank the early generous donations earmarked as 150th Celebration and feel we have sufficient funds for anticipated celebration expenses.
A lunch will be served at the PVO Junior High gymnasium in Flatville immediately following the 10:15 worship service on Sunday, April 7th. There will be a short program following the meal. Please sign up at this link below to help us provide an accurate headcount for the caterers. A free-will offering will be taken at the dinner.
